Ernesto finished by telling me, “This is a nice vehicle and it will look new again when we’re done with it.” I signed the paperwork and left the car with him. He updated me on progress as repairs were made. My Tiguan was returned to me looking new, as promised and at a cost that was very reasonable. My thanks to Ernesto Rivera and the team he represents.
